Mr. Bui Sy Nguyen is a senior financial expert with over 25 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, and Strategic Management. He has held key leadership roles in leading multinational corporations and major Vietnamese enterprises, including Unilever, Masan Group, Tan Hiep Phat, CJ Foods, and most notably as Group Chief Financial Officer at Nova Service—a core member of the NovaGroup ecosystem.

Before joining Nova, Mr. Nguyen spent over a decade working in the Information Technology sector, which gave him a unique cross-disciplinary perspective and exceptional analytical skills in leveraging technology for financial management and strategic decision-making.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA/CGMA) in the UK and a core member of the Vietnam CFO Network. His integration of modern financial thinking, high-level management experience, and international standards has made him a trusted advisor in the areas of finance, operations, and risk control for many businesses.
